Industrial Tank
A 1m Dia Polypropylene Lined Vertical Cylindrical Reaction Vessel, incorporating stub type flanged connections, manway, hold down lugs and sight glass with "shut-off" valves. Manufactured in accordance with BS 4994:1987 the complex nature of the vessel can be seen by virtue of the numerous flanged connections called for by the customer.
General Dynamic Chair
GRP lends itself to small volume production such as the Dynamic Chair. This ultra modern chair was designed by Julian Mayor.
Top Cover
Manufactured from combination mat and 6 layers of 450gms/m2 CSM this heavy duty industrial cover is 3.25m long x 1.2m wide.
The cover incorporates an integral lifting lug and utilises a class 2 fire retardant resin.
Foam Tanks
These 1.2m dia tanks for storage of Firefighting Foam have integral level gauges and pressure release valves.
The tanks also incorporate stainless steel fittings bonded into the laminates.
On Site Repairs
Site repairs/modifications to plant and equipment is a major part of the work carried out by Stuart Pease.
Here two large stainless steel vessels have been modified and the 50mm thick insulation to the top is about to be encased in Grp laminates.
Horizontal Storage Vessel
Because of its many excellent properties Fibreglass is widely used in the Fire Fighting Industry.
This 1.5m dia Horizontal Vessel with dished ends has been produced to store Fire Fighting Foam.
"Big-Easy" Cover
This small high gloss cover was designed to protect vital control equipment on a bespoke mobility scooter lift.
The lift attaches to the rear of a car and enables the scooter to be transported with ease.
Curved Fascia Panels
Fire retardant fascia panels approximatley 3.5m wide x 3m deep installed 20m above ground level by our own site team.
1.2m Dia Vacuum Pot With St St Fittings
A mobile 1.2m dia "Vacuum Pot" manufactured in two sections with Stainless Steel fittings throughout.
The Vessel incorporates a 2:1 ratio semi-ellipsoidal dished base and was fabricated utilising Derakane 470-36 resin.
Turret
Supplied and fitted by our site team this 4m dia Turret was manufactured in 8 sections and incorporates internal flanged joints.The Turret was erected in Eastbourne 15m above ground level.
Sulphuric Acid Storage Vessel
Ready for despatch a 3m dia x 6m high Vertical Cylindrical Sulphuric Acid Storage Vessel incorporating conical shaped top. The Vessel was manufactured for a large Chemical Company and utilised ATLAC 382 resin.
