From Southbound M1 to Taylors Close	From Northbound M1 to Taylors Close
Exit the M1 at junction 35 and turn left at the roundabout onto the A629 (To Rotherham). After approx 4 miles turn left onto the B6089 (Signed Barbot Hall Ind Estate) passing B&Q on the left. Turn right at the first roundabout into Barbot Hall Ind Estate and right again just after the Fitzwilliam pub into Taylors Close.	Exit the M1 at junction 33 and turn right at the roundabout onto the A630 (To Rotherham).At the next roundabout turn left and continue into Rotherham on the A630.After crossing three roundabouts take the B6089 (signed Northfield and Barbot Hall Ind Estate) passing B&Q on the left.Turn right at the first roundabout into Barbot Hall Ind Estate and right again just after the Fitzwilliam pub into Taylors Close.
